About breast cancer care
Breast Cancer Care is the only specialist UK-wide charity providing support for anyone affected by breast cancer.
2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the pink ribbon, the global symbol of breast cancer. That's why, this year, Breast Cancer Care is showing why there's never been a greater need for their life-changing support, both for today and tomorrow.
To celebrate this special anniversary Palmer's is working to make a difference at the heart of Breast Cancer Care services to help make women #FeelSpecial by supporting their Moving Forward courses. These courses are designed to support women who have finished their breast cancer treatment, and are entering the process of rebuilding their lives and confidence, which can often be a struggle for those affected by the disease.
As part of this partnership, Palmer's launched a #FeelSpecial gifting roadshow to cover 25 locations across the UK where the Moving Forward Courses are held. Palmer's Pamper Hampers were presented to women attending the courses as a surprise at the end of the course.
Palmer's hopes the gesture of gifting these special women will help them #FeelSpecial and in some small way help them rebuild their confidence again.

Breast Cancer Care Moving Forward Courses:
Some people struggle to get back to 'normal' after breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care Moving Forward courses provide information, support and professional guidance on how to cope with and adjust to life after breast cancer treatment.
Run in partnership with NHS hospitals, the courses usually take place over half a day for four weeks. They cover a series of topics related to physical and emotional well-being and the sessions are delivered by a range of expert speakers.
