DIRECTIONS: Immediately after shampooing with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Length Retention Shampoo, apply Biotin Pack generously and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
