Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

By entering into this prize draw, you confirm your acceptance of these rules and the Palmer's UK Social Media or Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

Eligibility To Enter

 

1.       Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

 

2.       Only one entry per person is permitted.

 

3.       Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

 

4.       Employees and their families of E.T. Browne (UK) Limited ("ETB") and other ETB Group Companies or any other company, or persons directly connected with the administration of the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.

 

Start Date/ Closing Date

 

5.       The start date for entries is 5pm (GMT) on the date stated on the social media or Palmer’s website post announcing the prize draw (the “Announcing Post”). The closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm (GMT) on the date stated on the Announcing Post. No further entries will be accepted after 11.59pm (GMT) on the closing date.

 

Method Of Entry

 

6.       You can enter the prize draw by following the directions in the Announcing Post. No payment is required to enter the prize draw.

 

7.       The winning entrant(s) will be drawn at random by a computer system which produces verifiable results, from all correct and completed entries.

 

8.       ETB accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulty experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

 

Use of our brand page

 

9.       Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments to Palmer's UK managed social media during or after the prize draw which are considered bullying, malicious, spiteful or defamatory to other contestants and fans of Palmer's, will have their comments removed. If the behaviour continues, this could lead to disqualification of entrants involved.

 

Prizes

 

10.   The winner(s) will receive the Prize(s) described in the Announcing Post.

 

11.   The number of prizes will be as stated in the Announcing Post. The Prize(s) for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

12.   ETB reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ETB’s control makes it necessary to do so.

 

13.   ETB welcomes feedback from the winner(s) on their prize(s).

 

Notification/ Acceptance

 

14.   The winner(s) will be contacted via email or a direct message on the social media they used to enter the prize draw within 7 days of the closing date. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

15.   The winner(s) must claim his/her prize within 3 days of notification by replying to the email, public comment or direct message. In the event that a winner does not claim his/her prize by this date, the winner shall forfeit his/her prize and ETB may select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

16.   ETB must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, ETB will publish the surname and county of the prize draw winner(s) on ETB’s social media channel on which the Announcing Post was published within 7 days of the closing date..

 

17.   If you object to any or all of your surname or county being made published, please contact ETB by emailing customerserviceuk@etbrowne.com. In such circumstances, ETB must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

Publicity/ Marketing

 

18.   Your data will not be retained by E.T. Browne (UK) Ltd for future marketing purposes. Your data will not be shared with any 3rd party organisations.

 

19.   By entering this prize draw, you agree that ETB may use your feedback submitted for marketing purposes, worldwide and free of charge.

 

20.   Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in ETB’s privacy policy.

 

Cancelling Entry

 

21.   If at any time you wish to withdraw your entry, please contact: customerserviceuk@etbrowne.com.

 

General Information

 

22.   ETB reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant who ETB believes has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.

 

23.   ETB shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this prize draw or acceptance, use, misuse or non-use of any prize (including activity or travel related thereto) except for liability for death and/or personal injury caused by its negligence, which is not excluded.

27.   No purchase is necessary for entry and there is no charge to enter the prize draw other than the usual internet connection charges payable to the entrant's service provider and/or telephone company.

 

28.   Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. ETB reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

29.   ETB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

30.   ETB may in its absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions and/or the prize draw at any time if it deems it necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions and a revised copy will be available upon request.

 

31.   The English and Welsh courts will normally have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to the competition, unless you a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland and you choose the courts of your home in Scotland or Northern Ireland. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

 

32.   These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
